- 摘要： 以原代小鼠肺动脉平滑肌细胞作为研究对象,采用三气培养箱模拟细胞的缺氧环境,在缺氧条件下PASMCs表型成功发生转化。Western blot结果显示,与常氧组比,缺氧组α-SMA的蛋白表达水平显著降低;缺氧条件下HIF-1α、NRF-1、mtTFA、COXIV的蛋白及mRNA的表达水平均比常氧组高。
