  • 张红梅,女,医学博士,1987年9月—1992年7月就读于宁夏医学院(现宁夏医科大学)临床医学系,获医学学士学位;同年考取宁夏医学院药理学教研室研究生攻读硕士学位,研究方向为“苦豆子生物碱的抗心律失常作用”,1995年7月获硕士学位并留校任教。1999年9月—2002年7月于北京大学医学部基础医学院药理系攻读博士学位,研究方向为“蛋白质组方法研究三七,灵芝等中药活性成分对血液流变学特性的影响及作用机制”。研究发现了三七活性成分的多靶点作用,为中药作用模式的研究提供了新思路。2003年4月—2006年4月于英国诺丁汉大学生物化学与细胞生物学系作博士后研究,主持BBSRC ( Biotechnology and Biology Science Research Council)资助项目:“用蛋白质组/质谱的方法鉴定c-fos SRE启动子上蛋白复合物的成分”,研究成果发表在Nuclear Acids research (IF:7.48)及Methods in  Molecular Biology (IF:13.9)等杂志;2007年7月—2009年9月于日本北海道大学作访问学者,参与 了“幽门螺旋杆菌细胞毒相关A抗原(CagA)的致癌机制”的研究及CagA转基因小鼠基因型的鉴定工作;2009年10月—2010年8月访学于美国宾夕法尼亚大学药理系,参与PKC与乳腺癌转移的研究。2010年10月回宁夏医科大学药理学系工作,次年被聘为药理学系教授。回国后参与了大量的教学实践,致力于传播现代药理学的精神。主要参与的研究项目有 (1)国家自然科学基金项目“幽门螺旋杆菌CagA蛋白激活β-Catanin信号通路诱导胃癌发生的机制”;以及(2)国家自然科学基金项目:“PKC与MTDH/AEG1的相互作用与乳腺癌转移及化疗耐药的关系”。
