- 摘要： 干姜黄连黄芩人参汤出自《伤寒论》,'伤寒,本自寒下,医复吐下之,寒格,更逆吐下,若食入即吐,干姜黄连黄芩人参汤主之。'全方只用四味药,剂量相等,寒热并用。其中黄连、黄芩苦降清泄中焦湿热,人参、干姜健脾温中。临床上凡遇脾胃虚弱,寒热错杂,升降失司之呕吐,腹泻或既吐又泻之病例均可用之。
