- 摘要： 三叉神经痛相关认知障碍是患者生活质量下降的常见原因,与神经炎症密切相关。尽管米诺环素已被证明具有抗炎、镇痛和神经保护功能,但其在治疗TN相关认知障碍中的作用仍未报道。在本研究中,我们使用体内TN模型和体外原代小胶质细胞神经炎症模型来研究米诺环素对TN大鼠认知功能和小胶质细胞极化的潜在影响。
