- 黄永清,1965年出生,男,中共党员,宁夏籍人。博士,主任医师,教授,硕士研究生导师。现任宁夏医科大学附属口腔医院院长(总医院口腔医院院长),口腔医学院常务副院长。口腔颌面外科学学科带头人,口腔颌面外科首席专家。国际牙医师学院院士,中华口腔医学会常务理事,中华口腔医学会口腔颌面外科专业委员会委员,中华口腔医学会口腔医学教育专业委员会委员,宁夏口腔医学会常务理事,现代口腔医学杂志副主编,口腔生物医学杂志编委。2001-2002年在瑞典Karolinska Institutet作访问学者一年。2004-2007年在四川大学华西口腔医学院攻读博士研究生,获得博士学位。率先在宁夏自治区开展了带蒂皮瓣和游离皮瓣的组织缺损畸形的修复重建;发起成立了唇腭裂的序列治疗中心(包括语音评估和训练、心理治疗)。率先开展了微创、镇静、镇痛舒适口腔治疗技术。主要研究方向是先天性唇腭裂的遗传和环境暴露因素的病因学研究。主持十三五国家重大专项“生殖健康与重大出生缺陷防控研究”子项目1项,主持国家自然科学基金3项,教育部春晖计划项目,宁夏自治区自然基金项目等。获得宁夏自治区科技进步三等奖,宁夏医学科技奖三等奖等。近年来在核心期刊发表第一作者论文40余篇,SCI收录7篇。
