  • 摘要: 心率失常 可能与睡眠时做噩梦,引起交感神经兴奋,心率加快,心肌耗氧增加和血压升高有关。防治:①预防诱发因素,如吸烟、酗酒、过劳、紧张、激动、暴饮暴食、消化不良、感冒发烧等。②按时作息,保证充足的睡眠。③保持平和稳定的情绪,避免情绪激动,不看紧张刺激的电视、球赛等。④按医生医嘱合理用药。⑤及时发现心律

  • 摘要: 老年人从工作岗位上退下来,白天事情少了,加上生理原因,一是脑功能衰退,维持脑觉醒的功能日渐减弱,白天容易犯困;二是夜间睡眠也从猫头鹰型转变为百灵鸟型,早唾早起:三是夜间睡眠时间减少和觉醒次数增多。综合造成老年人睡眠质量差,明显缺觉,白天易疲劳和无精神。老年人睡眠和行为很像幼儿,正如中国一句俗话:“八
